So, after about 2 weeks of not sticking to my regular healthy routine of exercising and eating right, I decided to hop back on my treadmill. However, my baby bro has prevented me from doing that. You know, like turning it off while I'm on it. Greeeeeeaat. So, that hurt. Then he kept getting into all the boxes in our house. So I had to keep getting off, losing motivation each time. And then he started crying, signaling he was tired, and since I can't bring his playpen down here ('cause of that damned staircase..), and I can't bring him upstairs to sleep ('cause he learned how to get out of his play pen, and god forbid he falls down the stairs...), I had to put him to sleep on the couch. The problem with that is he won't fall asleep unless I'm sitting right next to him. Cute, very cute, but very inconvienent.
I have no motivation to finsish exercising today ( I barely did half a mile..). However, I'll continue to eat right for the rest of today and so on.
So, my question for you guys is what keeps you from getting things done? (Mine is my incredibly cute little bro. )
